Company main produce auto parts, main apply to engine, transmission, chassis and suspension systems. Our main products include: EPS yoke, Friction slice, Hubs, Ball joint housing and tie rod end, connection rod, crank shaft, rocker arm, gear, and door hinge, and so on. We have own excellent equipment, regular management, and powerful technical support, mainly manufacture automobile parts, from mold design, manufacture to finished forging parts，all processes are done in house，now we also have machining workshop，finished parts also can be done. Now there are total 11forging production lines(there are three 1600T hot mold forging production lines、three 1350T hot mold forging lines、two 750T hot mold forging lines、one 630T electric screw press production line、two 400T electric screw press production lines) ; Also we have two heat treatment roller belt continuous quenching and tempering furnaces, one roller belt isothermy normalizing furnace ，seven process testing equipments（magnetic particle flaw detector）; complete tooling machining equipments like total twelve high speed milling machines and CNC machines、one vacuum quenching furnace and plasma nitriding furnace and so on；Main testing equipments are spectrograph、Metallographic detector、3D scanner、Profilometer、universal tester、impact tester、brinell/rockwell/vickers and so on, have a full set of forging parts testing capabilities. In 2017, IATF16949 quality management system certification is adopted to provide a solid foundation for customers to provide first-class product quality.
